Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 15 days of delivery, only in cases of manufacturing defects.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect.

We do not accept returns on sale items or custom-made products.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that refund processing may take up to 10 business days.
